Yes, there is free high speed internet access (WiFi) in all apartments

No, but there is kitchen in the apartments with a fridge, microwave/oven and kitchen utensils, and a supermarket around the corner, so you can easily make your own breakfast in the apartment. The apartment also has a coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.
Alternatively you can have breakfast in one of the lunch rooms in the area.

Yes, both are included as well as some complimentary shampoo and soap

No, but temperatures in summer are usually not that hot, during the day mostly between 18 and 25 degrees celcius and at night around 15 degrees. When it is really hot it is around 30 degrees celcius, this does not happen a lot and mostly only for a couple of days in a row.

Yes, weekly cleaning and change of bed linen is included. Also we offer fresh towels on a regular basis

Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer available in a common room (shared use with the owners and possible other guests). Use of the washing machine (and soap) and dryer is free of charge

You can book the apartment of your choice online through the website on our reservations page. The reservation system is a secured system, which means it is safe to enter your credit card details. When you make an online reservation you will get an immediate confirmation by email automatically

We do not charge your card, it is only used as a guarantuee. You can pay when you arrive at the apartment. You can pay in cash or with a credit card (VISA/AMEX/Mastercard). If your reservation is over € 1000 we do ask for a deposit of 25%. In that case we will send you an email after you have made the reservation, asking you for the deposit and we will also explain how you can pay it

When booking you inform us about your arrival time and we will then make sure we are at the apartment when you arrive. You can then just ring the doorbell and we will let you in, show you the apartment and give you the keys

Check in

We expect you to arrive at the arrival time as you have informed us. If you arrive before 10AM we will expect you at 10AM as that is the time we open. You can then drop off your luggage. The apartment will be ready and available at 2PM the latest. (Maybe earlier, depending also on the departure time of previous guests).

Check out

Check out is at 11AM. If no new guests are arriving it may be possible to check out later. You can always leave your luggage with us for the rest of the day. We will then give you a key to the front door so you can pick up your luggage any time you like

Yes, they are located in the center of the city, very close to the Dam Square. It really is a great location to see the rest of the city as alomost everything is at walking distance from the apartment.

No, they are divided over 2 canal houses, which are very close to each other. In the canal house at Singel 235 you will find the apartments Pearl (third floor) and Amber (fourth floor) and at the canal house at Singel 214 you will find the apartments Ruby (fourth floor) and Emerald (fifth floor)

Please note that the apartments are only reachable by stairs, there is no elevator. The apartment Pearl and Amber are only reachable by a traditional dutch canal house steep stairway, the stairway at the house with the apartments Ruby and Emerlad is not so steep

Yes, there is a large supermarket/grocery store (Albert Heijn) at about 2 minutes walking distance. You can buy all the food you will need there, from bread and vegetables to cheese and wine. The supermarket is open 7 days a week until 10PM

It is possible to park your car on the street close to the apartment (although it can be a bit hard to find a free spot during day time). Please note that it is paid parking only in the center of Amsterdam (€ 5 per hour).

Recommended parking alternative:

We recommend to park outside the center at a guarded parking place and then take the tram to the center, this costs about € 6 per 24 hours including 2 two way tickets for the tram to the central station
